Roxanol (Morphine Sulfate 20mg/ml Soln) Dosing Chart
20mg = 1 ml
15mg = 0.75 ml
10mg = 0.5 ml
5mg = 0.25 ml
2.5mg = 0.125 ml
***Encourage all orders to be written with both mgs of morphine and mls (20mg/1ml)
***Encourage use of leading zeros before decimal (0.5, not .5)
***Never mix fractions with metric system (use 0.5ml, not ½ ml)
***Discourage the use of multiple liquid morphine products such as (10mg/5ml)
